Bye, bye hustling

You have been quite successful in your job so far, but somehow your habitual ways of doing things don’t seem to work anymore.

  • You are tired of running behind the clock, fighting against windmills, pushing against yourself or others and being driven by external demands and expectations.
  • You want to do a good job and feel responsible for your work and the people you work with, but sometimes it is just getting too much ...
  • You wish to have a positive impact with more ease and joy, but somehow you cannot stop "overdoing" or "overthinking" things.

What if, you can do things with more energy, lightness and joy again?!

There is no magic pill for this, it is a process that may take some time. As everything, it begins with a first step. Let this course be the start of your way out of the hamster wheel and the thought carousel!

WEEK 1: Slowing down the hamster wheel and the thought carousel

Week one is all about slowing down, becoming more mindful and being kinder to yourself. I will also guide you to set an intention for your participation in the course.

  • Be with what is before taking action: it is not about doing more, nor breaking your head about things, but about being with what is and looking at your situation as it shows itself to you, without judgement, nor wanting to "fix it".
  • Becoming your own kind observer: I will support you in regularly checking-in with yourself and your needs and step-by step integrate this practice into your daily life.

WEEK 2: (Re-)Connecting with the woman you feel called to be

In week two, we work to re-ignite your inner fire and (re-)connect with what gives you energy and helps you to be in your power. I will help you to:

  • Explore your energy givers and takers at work and beyond
  • (Re-)Discover yourself and your role: feel your strengths (again), what you are good at, and what you really like doing (which might overlap or not yet ;-)) and square this with what is needed in your role (or beyond).
  • Embody your vision: connect with the version of you how you would like to be and learn to anchor this feeling within yourself,

WEEK 3: Setting boundaries

Week three is all about defining and drawing your boundaries in a work context which is crucial to break free of stress and struggle and stay in balance. This is not just about learning to say 'no' more often. It is about taking your space, showing up and living into your values. I will guide you to:

  • Define your values: your inner compass that can help you navigate challenging situations and set boundaries.
  • Express your boundaries with clarity and kindness: setting boundaries creates clarity for you and others (colleagues, etc.). It is as much about expressing your limits and what you don't want as it is to be clear about what is ok.
  • Detox your "to-do-list": get clarity about what is really yours to do and what not beyond your formal job description.

WEEK 4: Transforming what is holding you back

Even if, by now, you know where you wish to go, have your boundaries clear and know in principle what is yours to do and what not, it can be challenging to move forward and put things into practice. This is why in week 4, we will:

  • Identify your inner drivers, stressors and limiting beliefs: to see what is holding you back to "break free" and how you can work with that to bring some movement to where you feel stuck.
  • Sense into the power of letting go: to make space for you to move towards your goal.

WEEK 5: Integration & celebration:

At the end of the course, I invite you to a special session to look back and celebrate how far you have come in one month and build on your learnings to move forward from there. This will also be a moment to lift each other up and feel the power of connection and mutual support within the group.

The programme:

  • 4 sessions of 1.5 hours online via Zoom: inspirational input + exercises + sharing
  • 1 integration and celebration session to build on your learnings, strengthen your inner resources and move forward from there.
  • 6-8 participants (max.)
  • Exclusively for women: a safe space to share if you like (no obligation) and support each other
  • Small supportive exercises and audio guidance in-between the sessions (no “additional work” ;-))
  • Your personal journal to accompany the course
  • A closed LinkedIn group for exchange
  • No “magic pill”, but a tried and tested approach with great feedback from 2025 course participants (see testimonials below).

Live session dates

We meet five times live online via Zoom for interactive sessions of 1.5h. They start with an inspirational input from me, followed by some exercises and afterwards an open round of exchange and sharing. The live sessions take place very Friday from 6 March to 3 April at lunch time from 12.30-13.45 (Brussels time). The recording will be made available after each session. Should you miss one live session, you can always watch the recording afterwards to catch-up.
